Over ice, shake 50 ml each of Absolut Raspberri and raspberry purée with 50ml Teichenné raspberry liqueur and the juice of half a lime. Strain into a highball glass. Top with soda.

They even named a cocktail after you.’ Patsy Stone, sour? Who'd have the vinegary vintage Vuitton baggage any other way?

Make it...  

Shake 50 ml Hoxton Gin, 20 ml each of lemon and orange juice and 15 ml honey syrup (2:1 honey to water). Strain over cubed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish: 3 red grapes, lemon wedge, mint sprig.

40 ml Landy Cognac; 20 ml hazelnut liqueur; 5 ml chocolate liqueur; 25 ml milk 

25 ml cream. Stir over ice. Strain into a martini glass. Dust with nutmeg.
